Grief as an Expression with Dolores Cruz

Dolores Cruz is a retired elementary school teacher and the author of 2 books. In 2017 Dolores lost her 24 year old son Eric suddenly & from then on has been on a Spirit led journey through the multifaceted  waters of grief. Through this monumental life experience, Dolores alchemized her grief writing Look Around: A Mother’s Journey from Grief & Despair to Healing and Hope and Her recently published book, A Bird Called Wisdom: Poems on Grief, Transformation, & Renewal. Amidst the hardships Dolores has endured she continues to find beauty & comfort in honoring the life of her son by supporting others who too have lost children as an affiliate leader and caring listener to the international support organization helping parents heal.
